About IT-enabled services (ITES)
It is often called Business Process Outsourcing, Remote Services, or Tele working – IT-enabled services (ITES) is a new paradigm in the services industry. At CGSL, we provide ITES to financial services companies across the globe. These services cover the broad gamut of Information that is providing technology-based decision and information delivery services, which is delivered from a remote or offshore base using high-speed telecom links.
To provide services across the globe, cross border ITES are provided from a country different from the one where the end-products are delivered; over telecommunication or data networks. Now India has opened up its economy through a liberalization process wherein the Government has deregulated various sectors of the economy – thus making it possible for India to become the key country for enabling cross border ITES. |
