Anti-money laundering and General Compliance
How are banks used in laundering of money? Can you help prevent it? As an CGSL employee, the Anti-money laundering course helps you get a grasp on that. While the General Compliance training aims at raising the level of understanding Citigroup policies & US Laws and regulations applicable to our business.

Fraud Awareness
The objective of this session is to build awareness and understanding about how frauds happen in the banking industry and current trends, how they impact the organization and how Citigroup tackles fraud, how to recognize frauds & the safeguards and controls required in various processes to prevent it. Plus the procedures to be followed to detect fraud and the risks associated.
