CGSL Solution Identification - CGSL boasts of a dedicated Solution Identification team which follows a Solutions Identification, Migration Management And Relationship Team approach to give our clients a seamless experience while outsourcing any operation to CGSL. CGSL has an in house Solution Identification, Migration Management and Relationship Management team which ensures that all processes are migrated to CGSL without disturbing the ongoing operations at the client site. The Solutions Identification, Migration Management And Relationship Team. team is a carefully drawn mix of experts in Solution Identifications & Migrations and Processes & Domains. These experts work with our client teams to develop an optimal off-shoring strategy, consistent with your unique requirements and to keep all possible risks at the bare minimum.

Each phase of a project is very carefully thought through and planned in synchrony with the client. All critical aspects are taken into consideration and factored into the plan. CGSL has developed an in-house 5-D migration methodology. This methodology is based on the knowledge and experience gained through over 50 previous transitions.
